Ryan Coccia — Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Ryan Coccia is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rad Nexus, where he leads the company’s vision of delivering innovative 4G and 5G connectivity solutions that enhance physical security, business continuity, and mission-critical communications. With more than 25 years of experience spanning military service, public safety, operations management, and telecommunications, Ryan combines strategic leadership with real-world operational expertise.
As CEO, Ryan oversees operations, strategic growth, customer success, and technology partnerships. He previously served as Operations Manager for General Packet, coordinating complex telecommunications projects from planning through deployment. Before telecom, Ryan dedicated more than a decade to the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision and served in the United States Army Reserve as both a Combat Medic and Combat Engineer.
Aaron Lydon — COO & Co-Founder
Aaron Lydon is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Rad Nexus, where he leads operations, strategic growth, and the delivery of next-generation 4G, 5G, and wireless connectivity solutions. With more than 10 years of experience across IT, networking, and telecommunications, Aaron combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of business operations.
Aaron began his career in IT support at Ocean State Job Lot, then expanded his expertise at Procurri supporting enterprise hardware platforms. At General Packet, he took on customer relations, project management, network infrastructure, and business development. As COO of Rad Nexus, he oversees day-to-day operations, strategic partnerships, and delivery of private LTE/5G and secure connectivity solutions.
